What is not covered by the warranty?

This warranty does not cover leaking, odor issues, fading, staining, repelling, pilling, or other normal wear and tear and is applicable only to the original purchaser of the products.

Proof of purchase through an active authorized retailer is required.

What can void my warranty?

Modifications to diapers, such as changing of snaps or adding any sort of embellishment, voids your diapers’ warranty.

You are solely responsible for understanding how to care for the items you purchase. We are not responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse, misuse, normal fading, or normal wear and tear of the product materials.

This warranty is void when washing instructions have not been followed: i.e. if bleach, fabric softeners, vinegar, oxy-clean, borax, or any other caustic substances or laundry additives have been used or if the diapers have been subject to water or drying temperatures above 120F.

How can I prevent wear and tear?

While Lalabye Baby diapers are made to last, please remember that reusable diapers are a garment and like any garment are worn down with every use, every wash cycle, and every dryer cycle. Like any garment, they will eventually wear out with continual use, but it is possible to extend their use by following some simple tips:

· Never soak your diaper covers (or if you do only soak them in water), never use vinegar or bleach, and don’t use the sanitize cycle if you have one. These things can severely degrade every part of your diaper, from the elastic to the fabric itself.

· Line dry your diaper covers on a clothes line or drying rack. If you do use the dryer, never turn it up past medium heat. High heat in the dryer is the main reason for degraded elastic and wear on TPU. For best results, take the shells out halfway through the dryer cycle and let them air dry the rest of the way. Because they contain no absorbent material, air drying won’t take long, and it will prevent a lot of wear and tear.

· If line drying your diapers outside, arrange them with the inside facing the sun to whiten the suedecloth and prevent TPU fading. The sun is the best option for making your diapers white again! We also recommend hanging the diapers horizontally rather than vertically to maintain optimal elasticity.

My diapers are leaking, but that's not covered under the warranty. Can you still help me?

Though this warranty does not cover leaking, we at Lalabye Baby are ready to help you to be successful with your diapers. If you are having problems with leaking, please contact us at info@lalabyebaby.com. We have many helpful tips and can usually pinpoint one or two simple things you can do to eliminate leaking.

If I submit a claim, will I get a new diaper in return?

Items returned to us under warranty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Do you send me a shipping label to send in my diaper for repair or replacement?

Shipping to Lalabye Baby is the customer’s responsibility. Lalabye Baby covers the cost of shipping back to the customer only during the warranty period.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Please send photos of the issue and your proof of purchase to info@lalabyebaby.com and fill out the required Return Authorization form HERE. The form must be filled out before you send us your warranty items. Your name and return address must be clearly written and legible on the package of your returned item. Remember, if we cannot read your address, we cannot send it back to you. Lalabye Baby will not accept items that arrive in an unhygienic state, so please take care to make sure your items are clean before sending.

How long does it take to process a warranty claim?

Once we receive your item, please allow up to 1 week to process your RMA and get your repaired or replaced item back to you. Please make sure you have included your phone number and/or email information so we can contact you if we have questions about your return.

How long is the warranty good for?
